I got ttwo shipments and billing for Alore & Lorelia which I never authorized. I would like to return these products, and have a refund, and no future shipments. If this does not happen, I will take this further! Please cancel any further shipments with immediate effect and do not take any money from my bank account! I am not happy that you have charged me £86.85 & £89.85 on 16.6.2014 and I wish for a full refund of this payments.
Your websites provide misleading information. You offering a free trial for £3.95 and do not mention anything about any further payments on your websites. You put this in your terms and conditions, which is very poor, unprofessional and misleading.
