UNSATISFACTORY CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PRODUCT

I RECENTLY DISCOVERED THE COMPANY NAMED ALORE OFF OF AN ADD WHILE ON FACE BOOK. THE COMPANY OFFERS A WRINKLE FREE SKIN PRODUCT. THE PRICE WAS A LITTLE LESS THAN $3.00 FOR A TRIAL OF THEIR PRODUCT. I ORDERED IT ALONG WITH AN AFFILIATED PRODUCT THAT IS ADVERTIZED IN CONJUNCTION WITH ALORE. MY UNDERSTANDING WAS THAT I BOUGHT THE PRODUCT AT $3.00, BUT IN THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS I WAS REALLY AGREEING TO A MONTHLY CHARGE OF $98.00. THE COMPANY WILL NOT GIVE ME A REFUND BECAUSE THE TRIAL PERIOD HAS PASSED. A COMPANY THAT HAS TO LOCK A CUSTOMER INTO A DEAL SAYS A LOT ABOUT THEIR PRODUCT. CUSTOMERS WATCH FOR THIS COMPANY AND KNOW THAT YOU WILL PAY A LOT OF MONEY FOR A PRODUCT THAT IS NOT WORTH IT EVEN TO THE COMPANY.

I thought I was get a free 14 day trial of alore skin care product to find out I was charged $98 for the trial product because I didn,t call to extend my trial period which I took as after receiving the product I have 14 days to try but not so it is from when they ship it. So fellow customers beware. I called 5 days after I got the product because my credit card had charges it. I talked to their customer service (Barry) and he was very rude. They have No Return Policy.

Beware of Deceptive Practices with Alore
I recently saw an advertisement while on Facebook for a company named Alore, which offered a trial of their anti-wrinkle cream for $2.97 which was affiliated with another product called Levela. I ordered the 2 products and Alore sent me an email confirmation with a posted bill of $2.97. However in the terms and conditions, I was unknowingly agreeing to a monthly charge of $94.28. Alore will not give me a refund. Any company that uses such deceptive practices and will not provide a refund for their product should be highly suspect. It speaks volumes about their ethics and their product. I have used the product and I found their claims of reducing wrinkles to be untrue. Buyers beware! Always read the fine print. To be fair, Levela customer service was very helpful and they refunded their second bottle without any problems.

i am also a victim of this company. I thought it was free trial and I was only paying for the shipping fee. I cannot contact the company for feedback because when I pressed the weblink it automatically says" thank you". There was no website to contact on the purchase page. I contacted my bank to cancel the automatic charges. They called the company and refused to refund my money because I didn't give my feedback, but you can't find them on the internet. I just learned from the customer representative that their website is www.tryalore.com but there was no link on the purchase page so you do not know where to give your feedback. They have no return policy. The product is not what it claims to be. --Jocelyn, San Diego
